Pastificio BIA was founded in 2004 and focuses on the production and marketing of homemade pasta, both fresh and dried, including organic, as well as high-quality catering services. The BIA brand has been present in large-scale retail trade in Sicily since 2009, supplying major national and international groups (LIDL, Auchan, Sma, Coop, Conad Sicilia, Eurospin, Decò Fratelli Arena, GS Carrefour, CDS Gruppo Romano-Famila, Penny Market, Ard-Gruppo Ergon, Crai Sicilia, Sisa Sicilia, Despar, etc.) over the years. We use only 100% Sicilian durum wheat semolina from a certified supply chain.
