Family-run company founded in 1911 at the foot of Mount Etna, Sicily. It includes a stone mill, cylinder mill and pasta factory, organic certified since 1989. The company produces pasta from Sicilian ancient grains, in compostable packs, superfoods pasta and locust bean gum (E410), a widely used natural thickener. With a direct supply chain with farmers, it adopts traditional methods such as daily small-batch milling and slow low-temperature drying. Production is powered by solar energy and certified FSSC 22000, ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001.
