CONVIVIA products are born in Sicily, on the slopes of the Etna volcano, and are made with excellent Sicilian raw materials, mostly grown in the fields adjacent to the production plant. The vegetables are chosen personally by the technicians to whom the production is entrusted, made according to artisanal methods and respecting the typical recipes of the Sicilian tradition. All products are made exclusively with extra virgin olive oil and only during the seasonality of the raw materials (harvested, therefore, only in the period of full maturation, i.e. when they are full of tastes and flavours
