Dolciaria La Fenice is located on the northern coast of Sicily, in Reitano (ME).
Since 1999, it has been creating traditional Sicilian confectionery products for widespread consumption.
The idea originated with Mrs. Testagrossa, who aimed to introduce traditional Sicilian sweet delicacies beyond Sicily's borders.
The project culminated in the creation of almond paste and marzipan fruit. Over the following years, this goal was slowly but steadily achieved.
The products have reached consumers throughout Italy, Europe, and the world through various distribution channels.
