Since 1999, Dolciaria La Fenice has been producing, at an artisanal level, typical Sicilian confectionery products for mass consumption, for large-scale retail trade and HO.RE.CA. The entrepreneurial initiative was born from the stubbornness of Mrs. Testagrossa who, starting from Mistretta, set herself the goal of making the typical Sicilian confectionery delicacies known outside the Sicilian borders. In 2006 Mr. Sebastiano Belbruno, with his thirty years of experience in the management of large hypermarkets, believes in the project and joins the company, helping to achieve the objectives set.
