Frantoi Covato" are located in the Iblean Mountains in San Giacomo, a hamlet of Ragusa, in the Southeast of Sicily. Since 1985, they have been producing high-quality extra virgin olive oil, obtained from typical centuries-old olive groves "protected" by the notorious dry stone walls of the Iblean Mountains, which were built in the past to delineate the plots of the plateaus.
