My city, Modica, a World Heritage Site, is one of the European cradles of chocolate. I “breath” it as a child and opening a chocolate shop has always been my dream.

Today, in my laboratories, I have been producing Chocolate of Modica for over 10 years according to the traditional recipe and the specific PGI. But also with the creativity and innovation that distinguish my business and that give life to original tablets and many other delicious products based on chocolate and more.
