In Sicily in 1949, Gabriele Pietro, one of the 15 founders together with Count Venza, owned part of the oil mill and mill. Later, the count also sold his share and this left Mr Pietro as the sole owner of the entire enterprise. With the entry into the company of his son, Gabriele Alberto, and his wife Iolanda, a period of significant expansion began. The turning point came in 2002, when all the machines were replaced with continuous production facilities and cold oil extraction. The company began to produce high quality oil for more refined markets.
