Frantoio Sallemi is a Sicilian producer of high-quality extra virgin olive oil located in the Monti Iblei area, in the province of Ragusa. We manage the entire production chain, from olive cultivation to milling in our own mill and bottling, ensuring quality and traceability. We produce premium EVOO, including PDO Monti Iblei, mainly from the Tonda Iblea variety. We also offer private label production, food service formats, and supply for international importers and distributors.
Our mill uses modern extraction technologies that preserve our extravirgin olive oils.
