"Our company was founded in 1999 in Mazara del Vallo to introduce the unique flavour and quality of the local fish to the whole world.
We are an artisan company, we produce, transform and package in our fasteries products prepared with tasty recipes that are easy to cook at home, with strong references to local ingredients: mini seafood rice balls, stuffed squid, fish burger, fish balls or even our crudités and tartares which have made everyone fall in love with them.
Without ever forgetting the king of our sea: the King Prawn of Mazara, but also the very delicate scampi.
