Our farm, handed down for four generations, is located between the territories of Joppolo Giancaxio, Raffadali, and Santa Elisabetta. Since March 2021 the exceptional quality of the pistachios produced in these areas has been officially recognized with the D.O.P. (Protected Designation of Origin) label for Raffadali Pistachios. Since 2003, we have expanded our family farming business to include the commercialisation of pistachios, both shelled and in the form of grains / pistachio flour, pistachio cream, pistachio pesto, pistachio pure pasta 100%.
