Family-run company founded in 1911 at the foot of Mount Etna. Stone mill, cylinder mill and pasta factory, fully converted to organic and certified since 1989. We process only organic durum wheat grown in Sicily and ancient grains (Timilia, Cappelli, Perciasacchi etc.); we use traditional methods such as daily milling in small batches and a slow and at low temperature pasta drying process.
