The farm TUDIA mainly produces high quality ready-to-use TOMATO SAUCES, made according to traditional Sicilian recipes using first-grade steamed tomato "siccagno" wich has excellent aroma and flavour. It produces besides jams with high-quality fresh fruit, that it’s cutted by hand and juice of fresh lemons and brown sugar. The TUDIA’s “jewels” are delicious besides patè of black olives, of olives and capers, dry tomato , other ones and appetizers as the famous ones "Caponata di melanzane" and "Caponata di mele" All the products are made without preservatives.
