GAETELLO represents the natural evolution of the homonymous agricultural farm born in the early sixties in the territory of Ramacca (Ct) Sicily. The raising of sheep and the production of fodder using organic methods has therefore joined the production of Sicilian cheeses and dairy products both fresh and seasoned. The production is linked to traditional methods in order to obtain a high quality craftsmanship, so that our products are placed on the market, as niche products at the Horeca channels and the most scrupulous and renowned distribution groups.
