Manna is the solidified sugary sap that flows from incisions made on the trunk and main branches of several species of the genus Fraxinus L. in the summertime. Produced since the second half of the 1500s in various parts of Sicily, today manna is harvested only in the Madonie region. The consortium counts on a team of young professionals active in various strategic fields of our business operations. Moved by love for the Madonie area, we strive to create opportunities for development. Our goal is to share the virtues of manna with the world.
