We are the leading Italian producer of premium PGI Piadina romagnola and stuffed Cassoni.
With a daily production of 600,000 piadina in our 3 BRC/IFS certified production plants, we supply all the most important Italian and European retailers.
The selection of piadina and cassoni is made up of 30 references, either fresh or ambient, ranging from the traditional recipe to organic, vegan, wholemeal and gluten-free.

Cassoni, the ready-to-eat stuffed piadina, are available in 10 flavors, also sweet.
The products can also come frozen.
New SKU in 2024 are Pizza and Pinsa base, also gluten free.
