For over 30 years, at Riccione Piadina, we have been passionately crafting one of Romagna’s culinary treasures: the Piadina. It is not just an unleavened flatbread made with water, flour, and lard (or oil), but a true celebration of our land, evoking the scents of the sea, the carefree spirit of vacations, and the warmth of Romagna's hospitality.
Our production is rooted in the appreciation of our region: we use Certified Romagnolo Wheat, sourced from local crops with ISO 22005 supply chain certification.
