Rinati company was born at the end of 1800 in Lamporecchio, a small town in the province of Pistoia.
Over the years and generation after generation, it has transformed from small craft activity into an industrial reality known and appreciated both in Italy and abroad.
Today the production is divided in two plants, one of which is completely dedicated to the gluten-free production of nougat and Brigidini.
The main products are: Brigidini di Lamporecchio, Nougat, Cenci di Carnevale (carnival sweet and Montectini waffle.
