Since 1986 our family-run farm has been cultivating different rice varieties on our fields around Isola della Scala (VR) - Italy - following every production step from the processing to the selling, a very unique example of Italian short food chain. Our products, known for their quality and craftsmanship, are sold in delicatessen, excluding, according to our internal farm policies, supermarkets. From rice we produce flour and polenta with which many rice-based specialties, most of them gluten free, are made.
