Rivoltini Alimentare Dolciaria is one of the best producers of traditional italian "Torrone", a special fine nougat. Morover, it is famous for its hand made brittle and confectionery products. Crunchy almonds and scented honey are the finest ingredients we use to produce our treats. Starting from our experience in confectionery, we developped an innovative line of bars (sports bars, energy bars, free-from bars). During the last years the company has boosted the R&D department, implementing a complete consulting service, from the development of tailor-made recipes, to the packaging study.
