Since 1985 Il Vecchio Fornaio has been producing and packaging both sweet and savoury bakery products. The company has several production lines and bakes 333 kg of bread every 20 minutes. The attention to the quality of raw materials, human resources and operational processes has always been a reason for continuous investment in order to generate and maintain a high added value for the distribution channels and for the end customer. Research and development is constant and aims at a deep bond with the territory in order to rediscover, even in an innovative way, memories of typical products.
