SAIMEC S.R.L since 1993, specializes in the design and construction of machines for cured meat factories, with particular attention to the specific sector of raw ham processing. The production includes both single machines and working lines to be inserted in the various stages of processing: reception, salting, washing and deboning. All stages of production starting to the procurement of the raw material to processing and final assembly are performed internally in the company thanks to qualified personnel and latest generation machinery.
