SALCIS SAS DI MORBIDI A. & C.

Salcis has been founded in 1941 with the aim to unify all the Tuscan Salamis Producers of the area of Siena. One of the founders was Armando Morbidi, the first representative of the same family generation which is still owning the society. In the sixties, the society starts with the dairy, with the production of the Pecorino cheese following the tradition of Siena and the restart of the production of some typical cheeses. About salamis, the production is still following the Tuscan tradition with the help of the work of modern machines.
