Salumificio Bordoni Srl is a family-run company, now in its third generation, born in the lush landscape of Valtellina. With a history spanning 60 years, it has a strong tradition in the production of bresaola.
Since the 1960s, Bordoni has been producing a truly special bresaola at its facility in Mazzo di Valtellina (Sondrio), combining its artisanal origins—based on the ancient family recipe—with the most advanced production processes.
