Our story begins in the 1930s in Calimera di San Calogero, a small town in the province of Vibo Valentia, nestled between a beautiful green plain and the Monte Poro . Since then, our family has dedicated itself with passion and commitment to meat processing, creating a cured meats company, widely known by the acronym SAP, capable of producing products that convey all the flavor and character of Calabrian tradition.
The factory has always produced the famous 'Nduja di Spilinga, as well as Calabrian DOP products and other traditional specialties.
