THE FRATELLI RIVA SALUMIFICIO WAS BORN IN MOLTENO in 1969 as a typical sausage factory with direct production of cured meats. The flagship will become cooked ham.
In 1996, construction work began on a new production plant. At the beginning of 2007 the plant was expanded again by adding a new area with white rooms dedicated to the slicing of cooked ham and most of the cured meats, including directly produced ones, offering a vast range of items
