Within our range of products we have all the typical Calabrian cured meats: sweet and spicy sausages, Soppressata, Schiacciata, ‘Nduja, Pancetta, Guanciale, Capicollo and more. The Calabrian chilli pepper used in our preparations is certified and dried directly in our company. We are located in Nocera Terinese (CZ), in the heart of Calabria, where our products are handmade, ensuring the highest quality and food health.
