ALPI E SAPORI was born from the union of six artisans of the gastronomic excellence of the Aosta Valley, producers who use traditional " savoir faire" combined with advanced technologies to obtain typical anf high alpine produtcs.
In their basket there is no shortage of cheeses, first of all the Fromadzo and Fontina DOP; preserves such as foudues, sauces, sauesamdo compotes; mountain cured meats such as the famous Lard d'Arnad DOP, Mocetta, cooked and smoked meats; wine with over 10 DOC wines; dry patries with tegole and liqueurs with Genepy.
