Salumificio Viani is a family-run business that, since 1922, has been producing typical Tuscan products such as Prosciutto Toscano DOP, Finocchiona IGP, Tuscan Salami, Fresh Sausages and a wide assortment of classic cured meats and cooked meats.
We also produce specialties with truffles, chilli, pepper, orange or cured meats made from wild boar meat. Our both refrigerated and non-refrigerated take-away products are also very popular, as well as our wide range of sliced products in preformed or thermoformed trays.
We are ISO, BRC, IF certified and export to the USA, Canada and Australia.
