MEDICOS IZERNORE is specialized in the production of moulds and blockforms with and without bottom for soft cheeses such as Camembert, Caciotta, Taleggio, Stracchino, Toma, fresh cheeses, Brie, Feta, Mozzarella. Founded in 1925, it has a wide range of models and develops new ones every year. Technically advanced are the triple-bottomed blockforms and the double-sided anti-leakage stacked trays that adapt to overturning on manual and automatic systems and allow perfect drainage of the curd. All the equipments are designed to guarantee the washing.
