The company was born in the early '900, thanks to an intuition of grandfather Tommaso "the casaro", which with the hard work and passion craftsmanship begins the family tradition in the production of the famous and typical apulian burrata. The Sanguedolce family has been the custodian of over a hundred years of heritage of ancient "knowledge" that today is at the base of the wide range of flavors of the products that have made it a success in Italy.
