Sapure' comes from the history of a family in southern Italy, which for generations has two great passions: the land and the kitchen.
The tenacity and enthusiasm of Salvatore Iovino has involved the whole family in this adventure. Salvatore and his sister Titti after graduating in economics have given life to their project expressing their common passion for nature and good food. Sapurè carefully selects the raw material,
transforms products with traditional methods, and at the same time using 4.0 equipment for the control of conservation processes.
