Sarda Affumicati, founded in 1989, is a company that processes smoked and non-smoked fish products.
The smoked line includes the following products; Swordfish, eels, tuna, grouper, salmon, mullet, sturgeon.
Non-smoked products; Mullet and tuna bottarga, steamed octopus in different variations, red tuna and yellowfin tuna in oil, line of vegetables in oil filled with smoked fish and bottarga.
The company has several certifications, including, BRC grade A, IFS Higher Level, ISO 9001:2015, GACC (Republic of China), which allow it to export all over the world.
