SB is a company specialized in the production of pinsas of the highest quality. Our production process is characterized by the use of three selected flours: wheat, soy and rice flour. This blend gives our pinsa a crispy and light texture. The preparation of our pinsas takes place in high-tech and controlled laboratories, where each phase of the production process is subjected to rigorous quality controls. We are ISO 9001 and HACCP certified, which allows us to ensure the safety and quality of our product.
