HM BAL broke into the market in 1995 under the umbrella brand Balalisi, and has since taken steady and determined steps to becoming a global brand. In 2004 Balalisi became Turkey’s and USA favorite honey filling factory, and has been leading the exporting market since 2005. The brand ranks among Europe’s biggest honey spoon packagers.

Balalisi employs a workforce of 125 personnel and operates with an annual capacity of 12000 tons at our facilities constructed on a 5000 m2 area of land. We have distinguished ourselves as a brand through the high quality standards we offer consumers.
