Since 1979 Slayer Blades has been producing blades for domestic and professional slicers. The range expanded including also the production of blades for industrial slicing lines. Slayer Blades is the official reseller for Italy for Turbo Trim electrical trimmers from Suhner Abrasive (CH). It is used for deboning, defatting and cleaning beef, poultry and pork meat, besides cured products and fish. The company is also reseller of Watanabe Foodmach co. Ltd. (JP) products for portioning and meat processing. The available range will be shown in Cibustec 2019.
