Patrizia, the Baraldo family’s mother and grandmother, turned her passion into an occupation a few years ago when she decided to preserve their farm’s produce, making delicious sweet and sour and oil packed products as well as make jams either for her family or for her friends. The continuous requests from restaurants, deli shops and other customers who tasted her products have led us to set a workshop where we make artisanal and homemade products that comply with all regulations relevant to hygiene and sanitation.
