Firm Solky Affumicati e Salati was founded in 2002 in Sant'Antioco, a lagoon town in the Sout-West of Sardinia. Here history and traditions are lost in the mists of time. It is from these ancient traditions that our smoked, salted and seafood in olive oil products were born. The manufacture of each product is carried out strictly by hand according to an antique method, using only nstural ingredients, seledted with extreme care, starting from the precious fish offered by our sea.
