Amo la Pasta is the Piacenza-based brand of gluten-free legume pasta with a low glycemic index. Two lines: Bio, 100% plant-based (chickpeas, lentils, peas, Italian grain blend), and Protein with egg white (spirulina, beetroot, nettle, activated charcoal), with up to 27% complete protein. Ingredients from certified organic farming, cold milling (max 30°C), low-pressure bronze die extrusion, slow drying over 15 hours. Cooks in 4 minutes because it is not pre-treated: nutrients intact, guaranteed digestibility, complete amino acid profile.
