Sterilgarda Alimenti is a leader in Italian dairy industry in production of microfiltered UHT milk 100% Italian, and its derivates: cooking and whipping cream, béchamel, dessert, fresh and long shelf life yogurt. In the range of items, we have also lactose-free products. Sterilgarda is one of the biggest producer of mascarpone, with the new UHT mascarpone long shelf life. There are also ricotta and straki fresh cheese. A range a part is fruit juice and nectars (FC and NFC) in many different flavors and sizes. Turnover 370 million EURO.
