Tenuta Il Radichino is an organic farm located in Ischia di Castro in the province of Viterbo. The Pira family raises sheep, goats, and red cows in a free-range environment. The farm’s dairy produces raw-milk cheeses inspired by rural traditions, such as pecorino and ricotta, as well as contemporary creative styles, including blue-veined sheep and goat cheeses and those aged with grape pomace, candied fruit, and dried fruit. The farm also produces cured meats from Cinta Senese pigs, as well as cattle and sheep raised outdoors.
