We are an Apulian company, located in Salento in Santa Maria di Leuca, in the Province of Lecce named Penna Bakery. We deal with baked products, leavened for special occasions. Luca, the Chef, passionate about leavened products, wanted to combine innovative techniques and simple ingredients to create high quality artisan products. Stefano, the economist, has materialized their love for the art of sweets. The Penna Bakery project was born in 2020 and the main ingredient is sourdough: the cornerstone of our processing thanks to which we produce panettone.
