Company’s products are characterized by their authenticity and the elevated quality of the ingredients used. The main product are the Savoiardone, soft biscuit, used for breakfast and to make dessert; Minores, smaller than Savoiardone with sugar addition; Galletteddas, excellent friable biscuit. In addition the company for years now produces the classic bread Carasau, typical Sardinian tradition, and the Bread Guttiau with oil and salt.
