All our products are cultivated by us by using the integrated production technique, all production stages, from picking to processing and packing, are manually performed by our country women.
Tomatoes, aubergines, peppers, zucchini are naturally dried by the strong sun from Salento, our ingredients are simple and natural: lemon juice from Calabria, unrefined sea salt from the Salinas of Trapani, apple cider vinegar from Modena.
