the pastry shop Gallina was created in 1935 in Alessandria. The "Baci Gallina" pastries are the main product and are hand-made with chocolate, hazelnuts and butter from Piedmont as tradition. Over the years the pastry art has passed down from father to son just like the recipes. The laboratory and the shop are in the heart of the city of Alessandria. This is where the Baci, Rum Gallinotti, Amaretti and Cittadella, a hazelnut spread, are made everyday. The high quality of the raw materials contribute to the creation of a unique and irresistible product.
