Idea Latte is a company founded in 2013, based in Fontanellato, in the Parma food valley. Our story comes from passion and 20 years of experience in the dairy industry. Idea Latte produces and offers high quality fresh cheeses in a setting of food excellence. The first product of Idea Latte is the Robiola di Parma, fresh from the inimitable taste, obtained from a very rare artisanal production starting from the milk and from the creams of outcropping of the dairies of the Parma area. The other precious products are the Crescenza, the Squaccherone and the Primo Sale.
