The estate, where exclusively organic farming methods are used, is situated to the south of Modena - Italy near the hillsides, in the “cradle” of production of Balsamic Vinegar of Modena. Here the soil is excellent, 15 ha are dedicated to cultivating 45,000 espalier vines of Trebbiano and Lambrusco grapes.
