The Region is committed to increase knowledge, in Italy and abroad, on the quality of food products and regional wines; promote the correct information on unique enogastronomic traditions forged by the coming together of quality, know-how and territory. Thus, the Agricultural Department of the Emilia-Romagna Region promotes its regional food and wine products abroad through tasting and training activities which give emphasis to their peculiarities, qualities and certifications. The Emilia-Romagna Region does its activities in cooperation with the regional protecting and promotional Consortia.
