For over 50 years we have been selecting and aging Parmigiano Reggiano from small artisanal Dairies. The milk quality and the structure of our cellar allow our selections to reach maturations exceeding 60 months, maintaining the harmony of flavour.
We are able to cut the wheels according to our customer's needs, reaching the smallest sizes (from 1/8 till 150 g).
We invest in research! The Ovtene packaging and the new cutting system to obtain "I Duchessini" are an example you can view in the section "New Product" of this on line catalogue.
