The De Marco company is located in the heart of green Irpinia, in the south of Italy. It mainly carries out the activity of oil mill in addition to the bottling and marketing of extra virgin olive oil and olive oil. The olives are harvested and pressed within 24 hours by the same. The milling company uses a modern two-phase continuous plant. This plant, together with the centuries-old experience of the De Marco family, allows to obtain extra virgin olive oils of the highest quality obtained through a “cold processing”, which enhances the flavor, the aromas and increases its quality.
